Sunnyvale does not have a local campaign contribution limit. State contribution limits apply to Sunnyvale candidates. For 2023-24 the default limit for contributions from a single source is set at $5,500 per election.

• Candidates for City Council Districts must reside in the respective District
• A U.S. citizen
• 18 years or older
