Stay informed by subscribing to the Public Meetings Calendar. Once subscribed, upcoming meetings will sync with your calendar. The Public Meetings Calendar includes meetings for City Council, Council Subcommittees, and Boards and Commissions.

How to Subscribe

If your calendar is on a Mac, an iOS device or uses the Microsoft Outlook desktop application:

• Use: iCal Subscription

If you use *Microsoft 365 or another web-based calendar:

• Find the “Add Calendar” button
• Click “Subscribe from web”
• Input:
  https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/cityclerksunnyvale%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics

If you use an Android device or Google calendar:

• Use: Public Calendar Subscription

You may also view the calendar online and add individual meetings to your calendar.
