Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. It mixes low-intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to your FIRST class to complete required forms.

• Childcare is not available.
• Middle school students with parent/guardian present may attend.
• High school students (ages 14-17) can attend with signed parent/guardian consent form.

Fees: Pay what you can, donations welcome ($3 suggested donation)
