The City uses the DemandStar public procurement network to provide up-to-date information, including detailed bid or RFP information, planholders' lists and the ability to access digital copies of these documents.

City of Sunnyvale Housing Rehabilitation Program

Get on our Rehabilitation Program’s Contractor List to receive bid invitations for housing rehabilitation projects in Sunnyvale. Projects are home access work and home repairs (roofing, plumbing, and kitchen and bathroom remodels) up to $89,000. We will email an application and list of requirements to you within seven days. Approved contractors will be sent bid invitations as projects are received.
