Utility Bill Pay System Upgrade

We are upgrading our Utility Bill Pay online portal in September. This is the system where utility customers can manage their accounts, including set up autopay, make one-time payments, receive paperless bills, and start or stop service.

How Does the Utility Bill Pay Upgrade Affect Me?

From now through Sept. 18:

  • You will continue to have access to all online services.

Sept. 19 through Sept. 24:

  • You will have NO access to online services.
  • Auto payments WILL be processed.

To make or change online payments, start or stop service or get account information, you will need to:

  • Call us at 408-730-7400
  • Or visit Finance at City Hall, 456 W. Olive Ave., 3rd floor (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday)

On Sept. 25:

  • You can access all online services as usual.

Update Notices - The vendor has let us know:

  • The URL for Utility Bill Pay will remain the same.
  • Existing customers, you may keep your existing password.
