In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the City of Sunnyvale will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs or activities.

ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan

This Plan documents Americans with Disabilities Act compliance issues in the City. It is a planning tool to assist the City in reaching full ADA compliance.
