The Department of Public Safety wants to make sure it is providing high-quality police and fire services. Residents are encouraged to give feedback by filing a compliment recognizing employees who perform their duties exceptionally well, or a complaint about questionable performance, actions, policies or procedures.

Report non-emergency issues, such as graffiti or abandoned vehicles, online through Access Sunnyvale.

What options do I have for sending compliments and complaints about Public Safety?

Download and complete one of the following forms or get a hard copy form from the Department of Public Safety's lobby.
