Sunnyvale Swim Complex Start Times

• Monday and Wednesday – 6, 7, 8, 9, 11:30 (a.m.), and 12:30 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday – 6, 7, 8, 11:30 (a.m.), and 12:30 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday – 7, 8, 9 (a.m.)

Closed Sundays and City Holidays.

Washington Community Swim Center Start Times

• Tuesday and Thursday – 6, 7 (p.m.)

Two Lane Options

The Lap Swim program at the Sunnyvale Swim Complex offers two-lane occupancy options:

• Double occupancy lanes:
  • Only two swimmers allowed per lane.
  • Swimmers select their lap lanes on a first-come, first served basis.

• Single occupancy lanes: 
  • At Sunnyvale Swim Complex lanes 1a and 1b are for single swimmers only.
  • Are used to accommodate those with disabilities (stair, rail and ADA chair access).

Masters Swim Team

• An experienced swim coach leads a challenging workout Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m.
• Passes and appointments required.

You must have an appointment to enter the facility. Spectators are not allowed.  

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 16-years-old to use the pool. 
• If you are 16- to 17-years-old your parent or guardian must be present during check-in. 

Review Pool Rules and ADA Accommodations before your appointment. 

Locker Room Policy 

Fees include use of showers and locker rooms.

Sunnyvale Swim Complex and Washington Community Swim Center: Locker rooms, restrooms and showers are open during lap swim hours. Locker rooms close 10 minutes after the end of your appointment.

Lap Swim Prices

Residents: $10

Nonresidents: $12

Resident Seniors (age 50 and up): $7

Nonresident Seniors (age 50 and up): $9

• View available appointments for start times when you make a lap swim appointment. 
• Appointment times are for 50 minutes. 
• You must be able to swim the length of the lane (25 yards) without showing signs of distress. 
• If you make an appointment, you will select your own lane on a first come, first serve basis.  
• If you make an appointment for single occupancy lanes, you will use lanes 1a and 1b. 
• If you wish to share a lane with a fellow swimmer, you and that swimmer must check in together.  
  • You MAY NOT save a lane for anyone who has not checked in yet. 
• Specific lane requests are not available.
