Studio Appointment Details

Before arrival, you must have 1) a confirmed appointment, and 2) a valid Studio pass.

  • During check-in you must present your valid Painting or Pottery Studio pass. You may show it on your mobile device or print copy.
  • You must check-in within 15 minutes of the start time of your scheduled appointment. Check-ins take place outside. The studio doors will be locked after the 15-minute check-in period.
  • If you are late you will miss your appointment and you will be charged as a no show.
  • You will be assigned a pottery wheel or painting station at random during check-in.
  • You must clean, pack up and put away your tools, materials and works before your appointment ends. You will get courtesy announcements at the 30- and 15-minute remaining marks.
  • The City is not responsible for supplies or materials left in the studio.
  • You must exit the facility immediately at the end of your appointment time.
  • If you fail to comply with the Studio requirements you may be asked to leave, be denied entrance or forfeit studio privileges.

Appointments fill up quickly and are limited to COVID-19 protocols and City resources. Check back to see if appointments are available due to cancellations.
